I have only positive things to say about Wicker Central. They were so helpful when I needed to match one cushion that had been damaged by a squirrel. I did not have the fabric name and so they went out of their way to help me figure out just which fabric I had, then they double checked the cushion dimensions (the original brochure from the furniture company had the wrong measurements). I ended up with a perfectly matched cushion in a reasonable time. These folks were not only helpful but friendly and they kept me informed all during this process. Amazing, amazing customer service.

We could not find the product we wanted in Canada at the price we wanted to pay. We got a beautiful melrose semicircular dining and lounge set in a beautiful rust fabric and a cantilever umbrella. Beautiful, comfortable and well made. Our experience was just great. Really You don't encounter service like that everyday. We bought this set to furnish a condo we are renting out as a vacation rental in Victoria, Bc Canada. This set expands the living space beautifully and the set overlooks a Zen garden. The cushions are very comfortable and the style is sophisticated and urban. We are so delighted!

I looked at numerous web sites for a wicker settee glider. Why I decided on this particular item was all of the many great reviews customers had posted. (As some of the other web site reviews were not very good on others settees that I was looking at.) I then called and talked to a salesman and he again verified the exact same description of this item. This was a great undertaking as I live in Ohio and the item was going to be shipped to Virginia. The item was received in less than a week after being ordered and well packaged. The purchase and delivery went exactly as planned and everyone was very helpful.

I like the furniture very well though I think it is exceptionally expensive (especially the rocker). The Customer Service is EXCELLENT!

I was going to purchase this table from a local store, but they told me it would be a 6 week delivery time, and $50.00 more than Wicker Central's price. Excellent shopping experience and the products we ordered are excellent in quality. Shipping was within the stated time and received quickly. Everything was in excellent condition when we received it however I would recommend a slightly heavier pallet as the one ours was shipped on had broken in the middle and let one of the plastic ends on one of the legs rub off.

Bought a middle section to add to our existing sectional. Perfect addition. Sunbrella Barely faded at all from two summers ago.

It would be nice if you could order a senior discount. When you get old, sick and have nothing but time! A swing finally makes sense! My husband has Parkinson's and I look forward to his comfort in this nice swing.

We just received our order yesterday and so far we are very happy with the quality of the chairs and end table as well as the cushions. Our only issue with the entire order was with delivery. UPS stated our order would arrive on Monday, we waited all day and called UPS on Tues they determined that the order was still in rout to them and that a appointment would have to be made which was made and kept however the box looked like it had been abused the entire time. To our amazement the items were not damaged. All in all love the product!
