Shipping Information

Wicker.com will ship your order in the safest, most reliable, fastest way possible. Our goal is to make sure your product arrives with no damage or defects. We've established strong relationships with our furniture partners to ensure each parcel we ship is packed safely.

Types of shipping

Small Parcels: Whenever possible we will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS or FedEx. These companies provide highly reliable and fast shipping for many of the items we sell. Depending on how close you are to our furniture warehouses, your item should arrive between one and six business days after the order is processed and leaves the warehouse. It may take one to three business days after you submit your order online for the furniture warehouses to process and ship your order.

Truck Freight Delivery: Many items on our website are too large and/or heavy to ship via UPS/FedEx, so they are shipped via Truck Delivery. Truck Delivery is different than standard UPS, FedEx, or US Mail. Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent’s pick-up location, the agent will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Upon receiving your delivery, please make sure that you inspect the package(s). If the delivered box is damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your problem will be solved as soon as possible. Depending on the product purchased, your freight truck delivery may only provide curb service and require you to move the package off their truck yourself. We highly recommend you prepare for larger items and ask a friend or family member to attend to help you with delivery.

Additional Freight Delivery Options: When possible, other services will be provided as options to buyers for additional cost. Many of our freight suppliers offer "Lift-gate Service" and will bring the item to your home, or "White Glove Service" in which a two-man team will move your item into your home where you would like the item placed. These services will be offered at additional charge. You will be given all available freight information at the time of purchase and allow you explore other possible options with your delivery company directly.
