All items purchased through our website come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We understand that your furniture needs to match your look, style, and meet your expectations and you may return any item. Shipping and handling costs incurred can not be returned to you, we will reimburse you for the item minus these costs. Contact us if you would like to schedule a return.

If you receive an item that has been damaged by the manufacturer or in transit, then please contact us so we may work with the manufacturer to do our best to get a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want to replace the item, then the item will be covered under a standard return policy and restocking fee.

Restocking Fee

In order to provide Free Shipping, Wicker.com does pay your shipping cost as part of your order. On returns we do charge at 20% restocking fee to recoup the costs of shipping for items returned. Refunds will be for the purchase price (less applicable restocking fee) via the original method of payment.
