If you receive an item that has been damaged by the manufacturer or in transit, then please contact us so we may work with the manufacturer to do our best to get a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want to replace the item, then the item will be covered under a standard return policy and restocking fee.
In order to provide Free Shipping, Wicker.com does pay your shipping cost as part of your order. On returns we do charge a 20% restocking fee to recoup the costs of shipping for items returned. Refunds will be for the purchase price (less applicable restocking fee) via the original method of payment.
